

Journey to the Concept
The significant campaign was for the renowned builder Landmark Village. The particular area is located inside the Markaz Knowledge City project In Calicut. The peculiarity of the site is its eco-friendliness. Only 40% of the land is in the construction area. The rest is a vast expanse of greenery with a spectacular Club House which is the USP of the project.
Our challenge was to blend these two aspects harmoniously. So we concluded the entire idea and vision as this. ‘A Walk of health’,’ A shot of relaxation’,’ A kick of happiness.
The main attraction is the location and the pure natural backdrop where the construction was being made. Creativity was categorized accordingly and put into design aptly. The final creatives were highly appreciated and well received.






The Concept
The core concept for the Landmark Village campaign was rooted in the project’s unique blend of urban living and natural tranquility. Recognizing the 60% green space and the impressive clubhouse as the project’s standout features, we sought to create a narrative that resonated with potential buyers seeking a harmonious lifestyle.
The central theme, “A Walk of Health, A Shot of Relaxation, A Kick of Happiness,” encapsulated the desired experience. This concept emphasized the project’s ability to provide a balanced lifestyle, where residents could enjoy the benefits of both physical well-being and mental rejuvenation.


The Creative Execution
The creative execution of the campaign aligned with the central theme. Visuals showcased the project’s lush green spaces, modern architecture, and luxurious clubhouse, inviting viewers to imagine themselves immersed in a serene and vibrant environment.
