Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative Senior Visualiser to develop innovative visual concepts for advertising campaigns, branding, and digital marketing projects. The candidate will be responsible for transforming ideas into strong visual designs and supporting the creative team in delivering high-quality outputs aligned with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop creative visual concepts for advertising and branding campaigns
• Create layouts for social media creatives, posters, brochures, banners, hoardings, and other
marketing materials
• Work closely with copywriters and designers to bring ideas to life
• Ensure visual consistency with brand guidelines
• Understand client briefs and convert them into creative visual solutions
• Guide junior designers and provide creative direction
• Review design outputs to ensure quality standards
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Stay updated with latest design trends and industry standards
• Support creative requirements for clients across states
Required Skills
• Strong visualisation and creative thinking skills
• Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, and design principles
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Attention to detail and quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
Software Skills Required
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Canva / Figma (added advantage)
• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is a plus
Qualification
Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
Experience
3 – 5 years (Advertising / Creative agency preferred)
Working Hours
9.00 am to 6.30 pm
Salary
As per company standards (based on experience and portfolio)
