Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR functions in a fast-paced advertising agency environment. The role focuses on recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and supporting a strong creative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-end recruitment for creative, client servicing, and support roles
• Onboarding, employee documentation, and HR record management
• Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
• Employee engagement, grievance handling, and internal communication
• Performance appraisal support and HR reporting
• Monthly salary processing and payroll management, including coordination with accounts
• Ensuring compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven, creative environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
• Strong organizational and people-management skills
Experience:
• Executive: 3–6 years (experience in advertising, media, or creative agencies is a plus point)
